Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During periods of high demand, inventory updates, or unforeseen supply delays, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Expedited shipping (if available): estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

Transit times begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, selected shipping method, and order weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. When available, promotional terms (such as minimum order value) will be clearly displayed on the Site.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Carrier delays due to weather, high volume, or operational disruptions are outside our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
