Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from horseandsupply.com (the “Site”) may be returned and how refunds are handled.

I

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of equine health and care products, certain items are subject to strict return limitations.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Opened, used, tampered, or damaged products are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used dewormers and equine health products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Authorization Process

To request a return:

  • Email info@horseandsupply.com with the subject line “Return Request”.
  • Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Wait for written return authorization before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
